The following Terms & Conditions apply to transportation services provided by
Dart Transportation and Staffing, LLC, doing business as (dba) Dart Transportation.

General Terms

Additional hours are billed at 1/2 hour increments. All Vehicles are Non-Smoking.

All reservations must be secured/confirmed with a Non Refundable 1/2 Deposit.

Damages

Should any damage whatsoever occur to the Vehicle/Property, whether caused by you or your
guest by accident, neglect or intent, the client assumes full financial responsibility at our
discretion.

A cleaning fee will be applied if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

All trips will be considered late cancellations and will be billed at full trip price if you cancel
or change within the following guidelines prior to your scheduled pickup.

• Vans, Sprinters & Limousines: 4 Days Notice – DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE
• Mini Buses & Motorcoaches: 8 Days Notice – DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE
• Cancellation for Entire Program: 15 Days Notice – DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE
• Airport Transfers: 3 Hours before scheduled time
• No Shows: All NO SHOWS will be billed at the minimum charges.

Wait & Travel Time

• Travel time for locations outside of our Zone 3 area is computed from Garage to Garage.
• Atlanta (ATL) Airport transfers are subject to the following wait time.
• Vehicles departing the airport after 45 minutes of flight landing time will be charged wait time at the vehicle hourly rate.
• All transfers, except commercial flights from Atlanta airport, are subject to the following wait time.
• After 15 minutes past scheduled pickup time, wait charges at the vehicle hourly rate will apply in 15-minute increments.
• Atlanta (ATL) Chauffeur Meet & Greet – there is no charge for chauffeurs to meet you at the designated chauffeur waiting area near baggage claim area for your respective airline for all sedan and SUV transfers.
• Arrival procedures for Limos, Sprinters and buses arriving on a single flight are scheduled as curbside/Tunnel Meet due to parking restrictions.
• Vehicle GPS data will be used in cases where there are billing discrepancies with pick-up or drop-off times.

We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you agree to receive

confirmations, and service updates.

We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service.

Message and Data Rates

Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially
if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and
message frequency may vary.

Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL, or by texting or emailing us.
After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS confirming your removal from our
messaging list. We will delete your number within 24 hours.

Non-Sharing Clause

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile number with third
parties for marketing purposes. Dart Transportation only shares your information when
required by law.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments
form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam
detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided
to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the
context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded
location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is
